very poor app very un user friendly two options of either a full term or a single journey, no options for custom date ranges which means every event has to go through in every step and takes ages the app does not save a profile and auto fill which makes booking 8 - 10 events through the week takes ages very poor, miss the previous app the school used!!

The most awful app. My sons school recently changed from one that worked perfectly to this. 4 days now and still no improvement. No contact number only a AI chat bot that eventually tells you nothing helpful apart from referring you to the help topics. Then asks you to speak to an agent..... yes please an actual.human will help...... no they are all busy at the moment, Will contact you by Email.in the next 24 hours...... its been 4 days! DO NOT LET YOUR SCHOOL TRANSFER TO THIS APP

Appallingly bad app. our school has just switched to this school transport app from Kura, which was fantastic. This app is a shambles we've gone from an easy to use app to a complete nightmare. not enough seats on the bus, peopel with "passes" but no tickt/seat on the bus. Madness.
