Two-Factor authentication is required every 60 days. Right now this is a huge problem rather than an inconvenience. I enter my credentials and get sent an email. I go check the email for the code in it. I go back to enter the code. Rather than being allowed to enter the code, I am forced to enter my credentials again, starting the two-factor authentication all over again.

Update is useless! same experience as many other reviews. Old version wouldn't work and forced upgrade. once upgrade was installed it never would open so now I cannot use at all. Tried un/reinstall, but didnt help. very unfortunate as I liked being able to have my insurance card hand via the app, especially with kids off at college. Please fix the bugs or bring the old version back!!

This app has not worked in 4 months. It worked fine before! I have reported it several times. No help what so ever. I DID call the number. Update: I have uninstalled and reinstalled SEVERAL times. No luck. 2nd UPDATE: got an email telling me to uninstall/reinstall which I have done several times. My phone is up to date. They said it could just be my phone and/or service provider. It worked FINE on both before for MONTHS. Now Nothing.
