Save time, effort, and reduce errors by using the Covetrus Ascend Extend app when carrying out stocktakes. Simply select the product and add the count for it to be seen in Ascend for staff to review and complete the stocktake.

In the app, scan the barcode on the product through the device camera to see the product in Ascend that matches the barcode, to help ensure the correct product is being added. Alternatively select the product directly by name, to also see the details from the product in Ascend. Enter the quantity counted for that item, specify the area where the stock was counted, and record any notes for that item, before adding the product and count to the stocktake. Items added to the stocktake on the app can be reviewed, and edited accordingly, through the app.

In Ascend, staff can view all items added to the stocktake from all staff using the app, across all areas of the clinic.
