App is OK, but glitches out often and you need to refresh by going out and back in or else you can't click on the bike you want to see. I would try to contact a person about their bike and the messages don't always go through. So if you don't get an email confirmation saying your message was send, it wasn't and yiu may need to do it again. Apparently, it is up to 5 times on the same person before they get the message and you've already committed to another bike. It's OK for a free bike app.

Very clunky UI, sometimes you can't add criteria (make, model, etc) and it never saves your location information, so you'll find that you regularly must re-input your zip code and use a mediocre scroll bar to change the distance back from "nationwide." If you can find a better app, I'd recommend it. At least there aren't ads.

the redesign of the app is very bad. there's a lot wrong here but let's start with the low hanging fruit. the app is worse than its previous version in every way from a ux standpoint. what you can touch and can't is not apparent, large enough, or consistent. Google publishes ux guidelines for a reason. the whole experience went from being mediocre but usable to vividly unimpressive and frustrating.
