Doesn't work properly with Android 10. Push notifications and alarm subscription don't work. Android version 10 has been out since September 2019.....just saying. UPDATE: I emailed customer service and was contacted in 20 minutes by Joshua. They gave me steps to fix the issue and everything is back to normal. Great customer service!

I just downloaded the app and wasn't able to log in even so the password and username as an admin was and is correct. Useless for me I just paid for the app and can't use it. Want my money back and uninstall but wasn't able even to find any information about how to cancel.

Playback slider is terrible. I've used this for several years and it's always frustrating for me to the point to where I thought about getting different cameras just so I wouldn't have to use this software. You literally have to watch the entire playback just to get to where you want to be. This app has been out for so many years you would think that it would have been enough time for them to make playback at least usable.
