Ratings and reviews

Device is online but live feed on Android app keeps having problems loading. This is a major problem because I get notifications that someone is on the property when I'm not there, but I keep getting errors and can't view the cameras remotely

Samsung won't regularly connect to cameras, common problem it seems. more than just me. System is more for recording and retro active review, not sensing, alerts and proactive viewing.

Android app works for a week or 2 and then won't show the cameras. it does send notifications that someone's on your property you just can't see them....
