August 1st update has made the app unstable to the point that I can't even open it most of the time and can't ever get through the process of submitting a claim. The app has always had some glitches on my Galaxy S23 and my previous Motorola phone (had to go through login process twice to get it to work as the first attempt would always result in an error message), but now it is totally useless. As a side note, the iPhone app still works for me (on a different device).

I used to be able to upload my receipts and I would get my refunded money. The app was sometimes glitchy but good over all. In the last month I cannot log in at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times but it closes and will not log me in. There is a message saying the app.has bugs that the developer needs to fix. What is going on with the Blue Cross App????? I'm getting incredibly frustrated!!!

When it works, it's convenient and easy to submit claims and check coverage limits and balances... however, that's only when it works and it often doesn't. I usually get an error when signing in and then it works on the second try. Now, August 24, 2024, I still get the error but after trying a second time the app just crashes and tells me to check for an update.
