Update: Every single time I need to open this app, it MUST be updated and won't open until I do. If I'm in a hurry, I don't even try and just go to my browser. One isn't always on a good signal area or on wifi and this is beyond frustrating it has to be fixed all the time.

We add new features and improvements to app security to enhance the app performance; therefore, updates will be required from time to time. I am having trouble updating. When I hit update it says uninstall. I doesn't update . I don't want to loose all of my chart. So why is this coming up

I am not able to see past appointments. What I see on my app is different to the tutorial. It does not seem worthwhile to have the app. The hospital encourages you to have and use the app, why? Useless. I spoke with one of the techs today, and he told me the reason I am not able to see information was because I was using my phone and not a computer. I went onto my computer and ended up with the same result. What a load of nonsense. The tech was was as good as the app.

Hello, we reviewed your account with our MyChart team and detected no issues. MyNovant's landing page and Appointment List only shows future appointments. To see past appointments, click on the Menu tile in the MyChart area and it will take you to the appropriate page. Kindly email @MyNovant@novanthealth.org and we will be happy to further assist.
What's new
We have made infrastructure changes to MyNovant that are required to continue using all of the features in the app. This release also includes the removal of our chatbot feature.
