Really dumb question. How do you log out of the app? I cannot find a Log Out option anywhere in this app. Uninstalling the app does nothing, because as soon as you re-install you are automatically logged into the same account without exception. Basically what I received from customer support is once a device is logged into an account it can never be changed. If you want or need to change accounts you have to buy a new device and start with a whole new Google account to access a different rewards account.

When I wanted to sign up for All Access, the employees weren't able to complete enrollment. They called a PIC and he/she had a complicated time also. So I just told them that I would come back instead of holding the line up. You're only as good as you are trained. No worries though...way too expensive to shop there enough for it to make a difference.

it should scan my rewards csrd and sign me in yhat way. i cant recall my old phone number, notr whether i gave my full name or short version, and i have sevrral emails so not sure which. my rewards card, tho, is right in my wallet. i use it every time for nearly two yewrs now at the same store. why cant i use it to link to the app?
