Placed and paid for an order through the app. Get to the store and they haven't even looked at my order. I tell them I'm here to pick it up, they look at the ticket and tell me they are out of one item I ordered (tortilla soup) and didn't have black beans for my black bean bowl. Now I'm waiting for them to figure out how to refund my money since there's no manager on site and no one else knows what to do. Fifteen minutes later, I give up and will try my luck with Customer Service, which I called while waiting, but is currently closed, of course. Total waste of time.
It is a complete joke as it would not take my coupon and I was charged twice as the store rerang the charge with the coupon but would not help me with my refund. Never been treated so unfair like this.
It's a great app. For those complaining about the food not being ready when it was supposed. Keep in mind that your rating the app not the restraunt, just saying.

PLEASE ALLOW COUPONS TO BE USED WITHIN THE APP! RESTAURANTS NEED A QUICK PICKUP LINE FOR ONLINE ORDERS. Otherwise app is fantastic.
Easy to use and easy to redeem coupons. There wasn't any issue with my location filling the order correctly and it was ready when I walked through the door
