Tried to cancel an order hours before it was scheduled because of family emergency. Could not do it by calling the store or online. There should be a way to cancel an order within a reasonable amount of time before it's scheduled pick up time.
They charged me twice for a order still haven't received my money back. Called customer service still waiting for my money. About to call the bank now
The coupon codes never work, you can't favorite a location and the app can't be moved to secondary storage. There is a lot of room for improvement
The app won't let me log in... Who do I talk to about this? It's saying my email is wrong. It's not.

Still a lot of room for improvement. Every time I order it has to find locations. Why doesn't it save a favorite location? When I open the app, the first screen it takes me to is to review the app, and it asks "How was your visit today?" before I've even placed an order. The special instructions box doesn't allow enough characters.
