Edit: 10/27/22 - The app doesn't start most of the time I need it. Wifi, cell signal, doesn't matter. I don't know what happened to this app, but it has gotten much worse to use. It won't launch, it freezes, it take too long to execute a search. Fix this... Employees need this to work correctly. The 123/ABC button is the most annoying thing I've ever seen in an app. Makes using the app extremely frustrating.

In a word Frustrating. While the app is convenient and helpful, it it's and has been generally querky and, all in all, not the most user friendly. A comprehensive settings menu that allows one to customize the user interface and ensuring all information that is relevant and necessary is displayed, and that which isn't, well, isn't, would be prudent.

just downloaded the new app today. when you scan or type in a SKU, the screen that comes up is horrible. it's a whole bunch of information written on one screen. visually difficult to look at. don't need to know all that stuff rather have the old app back when you're looking up an item because it's a lot more organized and easier to read. The old app is still on our zebras at the store so when I can use a zebra I will use that because I can't deal with the way it's laid out now when you're looki
