I once rated a 5 but recent changes have made it impossible to earn points. Most games give you 30 days to complete tasks. You almost have to play full-time to complete. Most of the points you can get come from purchases, not playing. I don't play to spend money. I've had a great experience in the past and earned many gift cards. I'm just finishing up a few games and will be removing app. You do have great cust svc.

there's no option to view at least some of what each app will have for its required levels & what's offered for each of them. it was ok at 1st, a bit slow to earn enough points to cash out but not as bad as a lot of others either. but apparently after you do cash out a couple of times, the cash out point amount it requires will suddenly change. I've only cashed out a few times for a couple of $5 egift cards when, all of a sudden, it went from 55,000pts to 75,000pts needed to attempt cashing out.

When the app worked it was great. I was rewarded at least $150 for playing games. However, in the last months it only counted played time sporadically. Support is very responsive but asking me to keep track of lost points is not a great answer. I kept track until I got another $25 gift card and then uninstalled the app. Be aware that you will lose all games if you have to replace your phone.
