I have been with AHS since 2018 and have never gotten a pushback on a claim. Having a pool and a spa I've had several claims, most are addressed very promptly.. In peak season there can be a delay for pool related responses given the few number of contracted providers, but I have zero complaints. I love that they've added the app which makes everything so much easier.

I've been signed up with them for 2 months. they don't tell you that there's a time limit on having your air conditioning . I tried to get them to come out and service it just to get set up on a service program and I can't get it done because they have time limits. And to get them to come out something has to be wrong with my air conditioner. what do I have to wait till it gets all plugged up before you get out here? I never had this problem with 2-10 warranty.

I submitted for an HVAC repair. The tech told me one recommendation but told AHS a different recommendation, causing me to get a significantly lower cash out. AHS claims I just misunderstood the tech. I told them I got a second opinion that agreed with what their tech told me. AHS didn't care and held to their original offer, leaving me to pay for the entire replacement. I will be canceling as soon as the contract ends.
