It used to be great for a while way back. Now for few years it doesn't always ring. Had tech support many times. It worked only when tech tested it but other than tech, it doesn't always work. I often missed the calls!! As of 7/31/23 It's still has problems. Didn't solve problem. Still missing calls even though ALL apps were closed. Still don't receive incoming calls. Very frustrating!

Well, First Off, I Have To Say I 100% AGREE With This Google User From 9/26/18, Whenever I Make Call, It Rings ONE TIME And Then It Says "Please Wait...." WITHOUT RINGING OR WHATSOEVER, It Has Been Exasperating Because I've Tried To Call My Primary Dr. Or Whatsoever, THEY'RE NOT RECEIVING MY CALL NOR I'M BEING NOTIFIED THEY'RE CALLING ME! The App Is Up To Date,&Another Thing Is, Whenever I'm On Video Call It PERSISTENTLY Glitches, Freezing Up And/Or IT AUTOMATICALLY HANGS UP! It's INFURIATING!

need to add text that all business can sent me code and confirm who I am and proof phone number is match.. when I give them my text phone number and they said can't accept because not match of my sorenson vp number so that is so that the problem....
