Great way to have coverage on your home and appliances for a fair price. highly recommended having this for your home or rentals. I've had it since 2023, and It's been extremely reliable and helpful. Also, they have pretty fast response times to the service requests. Just pay the service fee and Bam things are fixed!! Keep up the great work AHS 👍

Easy process to file, but AHS needs to allow more characters in the field of "Other" for Symptoms. Only 34 characters allowed; sometimes there is more than 1 thing wrong (symptom). 50 characters would be more appropriate.

AHS is a better provider than most other home warranty companies I've used over the years. The free video chat is a nice feature. The main issue with AHS is the increasing costs. The contract fee has increased 25% over the last year and so has the service fee.
