The AMP App is the newest and fastest way to pay for parking using your license plate or parking space number, directly from your Android device. AMP lets you find parking quickly, compare rates across locations, view areas on a map, and view a picture of the parking location. Receive reminders to renew parking, compare rates, and view a picture of the parking lot location. AMP is available at Universities, Cities and Hospitals near you.

I tried to park for 30 minutes using the app. it froze or gave error messages at least 5 times. I eventually gave up and went through the website listed on the parking spot's sign. Because of the complete failure of this app to work, I was very nearly late for a work meeting. This is a "free app" but it stole at least $30 of my time and added needless stress to my day

Absolutely horrendous app. I cannot tell you how many times I have had to double pay for my parking because the app doesn't register the first purchase so I have to go back an purchase it again. While I have two different transactions on my bank statement with no support from AMP to recover the funds. If you can find a different way to park I suggest that.

I haven't been able to complete a transaction since 2022 using this app, wasting a ton of time. I'll find an available spot, log in, and have my payment methods be declined, it will indicate a duplicate request was received (but no receipt sent) or the app will time out. Nothing I try works, and I end up having to find another (usually less convenient) parking place.
