Too many issues 1) sometimes log in doesn't work. (web service unavailable). 2) checking in does not let you enter a different frequent flyer number, it has to match with the booking, it shouldn't give an error, just a warning and continue 3) it doesn't save traveler's information so you don't have to enter it every time you either book or check in for a flight. 4) sometimes it doesn't find reservations through record locator if you purchased your flight through an agency (that uses Amadeus)

Due to a bug or whatever in the app a businesses ticket was refunded. I haven't received any notification or the money. And when I found out during checking-in I had to buy another ticket. UPDATE: AirEuropa SUMA support in Spain kindly handled the case and manually refunded the original ticket in a matter of 3 days. Still, the original incident happend and overall I spent more money (~200€) for my trip.

the app takes forever to load the various pages. It has errors where you try to open the boarding pass to add it to the wallet and it shows empty. the only reason I gave it more than 1 star is that the check-in process was very fast.
