Can you please help me refund the amount of ₦51,000 debited from my account? I didn't find the app useful, so I already cancelled it and didn't use it since then. From your end, if you check you will realise that I only tried using the app once and that was during the trial period. After a long time of downloading and cancellation, I was debited a huge amount of ₦51,000, habba this is a lot now, in this era that we are in Nigeria? Please I'll need help with refunding. I was debited for a yearly plan which I didn't authorize and I have asked for a refund and it's still yet to be processed I also emailed your support team but no response still please I need the refund you can't be doing this #83,000 is a lot I need a refund
