I have been trying to book a flight through your app for over a week now, but I continuously receive a message stating that a "technical issue has occurred." Despite multiple attempts on different days, I am still unable to complete the booking. This ongoing issue is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I expect a functioning booking system, and this delay has caused significant inconvenience.

can be a lot better. the handicapped check in being only on counter is not cool. Its already in the system.. verified, so just go with it , you dont have to make us check in on the counter all the time! other than that , we appreciate the discounted prices.

Very disturbing experience, they xan cancel your flight any minute tp replace it woth new one slightly higher, this is rip off company, many friends worned me to not deal with them, you have to expect every adverse situation with them.
