I ordered a jacket from guess for 131 dollars and after 5 days the same jacket was on sale with 94 dollars so I called guess customer care to see if I can get the difference back , I wasn't sure if I can ask for refund, but I tried anyway and GUESS what they refund me instantly no questions asked. I appreciate the Guess customer service and recommend it to everyone . Also clothing is great quality. Thank you.

Do not waste your money... the bags are expensive but low quality. Last year I bought two bags , I was traveling and I wanted to buy 2 new bags, the problem is that both bags after 3 times using , they are broken. When I came back to USA I called guess and said to them what happened, they told me sorry you can not return because it is more than 3 months. I said I was outside the country but they did not accept to return them or change them.. I do not recommend this guess handbags..

This app crashes a lot, every minute or two. I would rather just use the website. It's been several months since I had this app. Still crashes. Bummer.
