App freezes after login on 2 different devices. We have 2 Androids (Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel). On both phones, I install the app, login with my existing account, and then get a permanent solid white screen that never takes me to anything. I tried: closing and reopening, force closing and reopening, uninstalling and reinstalling, rebooting phone then opening, all with the same results. Since the product can't be used without a phone, this makes the product I just bought useless.

Unit is ok, but not great. Doesn't do a good job for people with tremors such as Parkinson's or Essential Tremors. It can be hard to get a stable reading. Also, have had issues with schmutz getting into the battery compartment. Then, even though it shows 66% battery level it failed to get a reading. I clean out the gunk and it works fine, with the old battery. And while I'm being picky, why did they pick a coin cell size that seems to be rare instead of a ubiquitous size like 2032?

This app has always worked quickly and correctly, but after getting a new Motorola G power 5G I have had problems. It worked normally for the first couple days until I received an automatic download of Android 15. Since then it has been unreliable. I replaced the battery, it worked once and then wouldn't connect. I finally found some connecting instruction, seemingly hidden, in the app and it worked again. Now it's not connecting again. I will continue trying but it appears that there may b
