Product protects well. being new, there are a number of bugs to work through in the first year. it's been a year, and some of the Android bugs of freezing on updates have returned. Customer service has been helpful, and when suggested fixes didn't work, they sent me a beta version directly, and it worked fine. The software itself does a very good job at antivirus protection. when it works is good. I'm just waiting for them to get more proficient at troubleshooting. I'll give it another year.

As with other reviews, this app basically stopped responding. It is stuck in an update first reading 0% and then 100%. Forced stop the app and deleted data and cache and tried again to no avail. Un-installed and reinstalled the app with the same results. Such a horrible replacement for Kaspersky. Will be searching for another app as soon as I'm done typing this. In all fairness, the version for Windows is functional, but far from anything that Kaspersky was.

Ever since I upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy ZFOLD3 to a ZFOLD5, I can't login or run a scan, & I've tried both the app & the website! I've been exchanging emails with customer service now for at least 3 or 4 days without success! I've tried resetting my password several times & I've tried signing in with my email & I've tried asking for a one-time code! I have sent numerous screenshots of the error messages that I get each time! PLEASE HELP ME GET THIS RESOLVED!
