Not bad when it works. My 7 day trial ended. I planned on keeping it on a yearly subscription. When my trial ended my card was charged and it won't give me the premium I paid for. It says I only have a basic subscription and can't use it without watching ads. Really wishing would've went a little more expensive and well established company. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Basically my money was taken and nothing given in return. EDIT: Customer service quickly and fixed everything. Now working

I don't necessarily have an issue with the app, however, canceling the app is another story. If you follow their directions for the Google Store, its inaccurate and will have you going in circles. I guess giving you the option in tools or settings in the app would make it too easy. They had rather get a few extra months out of you while you try to cancel your service. Btw, I still haven't successfully cancelled my service after 3 days of attempts.

Fix the ads. I literally cannot turn on the actual vpn because every single time I click the button it starts an ad that stops the app from, y'know, doing it's job. The ads never stop and frankly I'm tired of it. And if you tell me to get the paid version, that's utter bs. The free version is LITERALLY unusable with the ads rn, that should not be happening. Fix it, and maybe I'll use it again.
