This is an expansion layouts pack for AnySoftKeyboard.
Install AnySoftKeyboard first, and then select the desired layout from AnySoftKeyboard Settings->Keyboards menu.

I've been waiting with dread as Hacker's Keyboard slowly got left behind by the ever advancing APIs. Well, now I don't even see it in the Playstore, but this AnySoft addon does bring back some of it's features, like the arrow keys. I think it could improve the special character layout, and be even better than hackers keyboard, but so far, I can't even figure out how to get a dedicated mic button on the main keyboard. The 3 options for layout are nice.

not having the numbers right on top really slows me down but other than that it's almost as cool as the Hacker keyboard used to be. Ive been downloading the Hacker keyboard for years I loved it. Now I just like it.

Almost as good as the real Hacker's Keyboard. Although it lacks the ability to select text with shift+arrow keys
