About this app

Onform for Android now supports a core feature-set of coach functionality including:

- Adding and inviting students to connect so you can share videos with our built-in direct messaging system. Or, you can share via email or text as needed.
- Frame by frame slow motion playback
- Side by side video comparisons, just select two videos in the student's library and tap the compare button. Link videos together for precise comparison
- Voiceover recording so you can share your feedback with students through drawing annotations and voice feedback.

Onform for Android is being offered for FREE for a limited time, use it as much as you'd like (we never charge your students fyi) until later in the Summer of 2025 when it will be part of our regular paid subscription service. Note that if you use Apple devices with your account, you will need a paid subscription to do so.

What is Onform?
Onform is a mobile video analysis and coaching platform that helps coaches provide video feedback and communicate with their athletes. It helps coaches improve the skill level of their athletes via simple, yet powerful tools like slow motion, video markup and voiceover recordings. With Onform’s built-in individual and group communication capabilities, coaches can easily stay in touch with their remote and in-person athletes and groups. It also helps trainers and coaches expand their business by adding online coaching opportunities that drive additional revenue and provides the ability to manage more clients in less time.

All videos are backed up to our private cloud and seamlessly sync with other devices including Apple iPhone, iPad, Mac and our web-app. Use multiple devices together to ensure you capture the videos and provide support to your athletes as needed. And don't worry if you lose or break a phone, just login on your new device and all your videos and data will be waiting!

Ratings and reviews

Share function never works. I then need to move files to coach's folder and notify him separately. These often are unavailable as well because they haven't completed downloading. Restarting app, phone doesn't resolve. Right now have 2 of 3 files unavailable to coach. Don't trust that next recordings will work so looking for another tool to use.

Android experience doesn't seem to have improved since reviews left 3+ years ago. Videos are unwatchable because EVERY video, over a years worth of shared video from coach, starts to download when app is used and they do not stay downloaded. If you venture to something else on your phone and go back the downloads start all over. Needs a way to select which videos to download when needed to make it a much quicker process and not to automatically start downloading a mass amount at once.

When in a large group with many videos it does not designate which video is linked to each athlete. It also doesn't give any options for sharing, comparison, precise video scrubbing, or various other features that should be there. The iPhone version of the app has all of these features, so I don't see why the android app should be any different
