Worst experience with this app. Here I'm writing review almost at midnight with empty stomach cause they informed us on 10:30 pm that our order which was placed on 8:50 pm was cancelled. Now almost all restaurants are closed, and for those which are open the deliveryman won't take the order. When told to refund the prepaid amount, they are telling us that it won't be refund till tomorrow. Wish I could rate it zero.

The UI stll hasn't changed. The offers and deals have been the same since 1 year ago and never got updated. Plus, there's no option to login with a phone number.

Cause of some reason I had to change delivery location and rider was already out for food delivery . At the last moment I called customer service and they listened to me and solved my problem . I m really moved by the customer care service of this app . I hope this app will grow more n more .
