Ratings and reviews

Now charges a service fee for direct bank transfers, so there is no longer ANY payment option that doesn't include additional fees!! I've never seen ANY other company tack on a fee like this. Other places only charge if you pay by credit card! On top of that, they still bill management companies monthly to use their product. Corporate greed, plain and simple. Their software isn't even very good. Do not support these guys!

How are you going to fail at a simple form when literally the whole point of your app is submitting forms? Buggy. Tedious. It's the 21st century! You can't get a simple form right? And why would the default setting be "save my credit card info"? Like I trust you to keep my info safe when you can't even perform your basic function. I will be alerting the management company and my agent of your very poor rating and my bad experience! Garbage!

Changed access to gallery on Android. Can only open camera picture folder that requires tapping each picture instead of the gallery feature that allows swiping rows. Makes using this app for moveout inspections 10x longer than it used to. Absolutely no help for customer service to fix this recent change!
