I tried shopping from the Max online store and had a very bad experience. The collection was limited, the product quality did not match the prices, and the variety was disappointing. Honestly, it felt like a very low-standard platform for online shopping.

Worst Customer Service Had placed order for 3 dresses due to fitting issue had placed a return order, courier person picked 2 dress and 1 dress is still with me. Instead of refunding for those 2 dress they have refunded for the dress which is still with me. It been more then a month and spite of regular complain there is not resolution for the same. They just tell you to wait for 2 to 3 days with no other solution. Products are really good but incase if you have to exchange or return

app is good , has some bugs but is usable but the delivery partner urban bolt is useless, they do not share delivery executive's number , my 3 orders are out of delivery since 6 days and still haven't received any call from delivery agent and when i contact with max customer care they say wait till eod . worthless delivery experience.
