This app has only worked twice. The rest of the time it gets stuck on a "Loading your information screen". I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled on more than one phone with the same result. I logged in on the company's web browser to try to get tech support, but have not yet heard a response after a few days.

I am giving this app one star because it hardly ever pulls up my account. It spins and spins. I've had to delete the app and re-install every time to get it to work, and it's only when I do that. It's been spinning for 45 mins rt now, and still nothing. I'm deleting and do not think I will re- install unless I have to.
