Sometimes, the bus station doesn't appear, and we have to force close the application multiple times to refresh and make the station appear. and it's almost 2026 still they haven't fixed it.

The nol Pay app is not showing the actual card balance correctly. The app balance and machine balance are different, and syncing is unreliable. Please improve the app stability and balance update system.

Live map doesn't work anymore. Can't find routes serving a stop &/or a departure list when selecting the stop. Can't easily discover/explore routes. Everything useful to me is seemingly gone/hidden after the update. Not even "back" works. 😕 I quite liked it when it worked, but now we go into summer & will have to wait in the heat, from not being able to see when the bus will arrive, not to mention how useful it could have been to track the metro & bus operations after the storm disruption....
