doenst work keep crashing on my Samsung galaxy A03core !!!! and several other cellphones aswell my autel is usless because none of the apps runs it crashes . what a WASTE of my money and data

I was going to run a diagnostic on the battery pack. Attempted to get a message for verification code and it eventually timed out. Unusable. ⭐ of ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just got the BT-506 tool and downloaded the app, so far everything is working as it should. Got the same test results on my MK808Z-BT scan tool, so am happy with the tool and the app. Before using the 506, I updated the firmware as dictated on the screen, hopefully that update has fixed the 'bug' that others have experienced with their tester.
