it's a good app idea.. It's not so great when trying to add an event to your calendar of when you aren't available. it allows you to set it up, but once you save it for a particular day, it automatically sets it for TODAY instead of the future date you saved it for. I tried this over and over again and ran into the same issue repeatedly. also, instead of declining a parent in need and in search of a sitter (since I'm unable to save future dates of unavailability), allow us to message parents.

This app has been so hard to use no matter what I try. When I first got the app a little under a year ago, it wouldn't even let me open it. When I redownloaded it again a few months ago, I was so excited that it finally let me start making an account. I had finished all of the parts to set up my account except for one. The payment method.. When I click on it, the screen turns white, no matter how long I wait, it doesn't work, so I can't accept any jobs! This app would be great without glitches.

It's a great concept and I like the way they do business - the Facebook login thing is sketch, but whatever. My biggest gripe is that there are no notifications with the app. I lost a sitter because she was messaging me and I didn't know it. There are no settings for the app whatsoever, so there's no way to control anything with the app. Also it has access to an awful lot of permissions. The business is 5 stars but the app is 2 stars.
