Ratings and reviews

App is unusable. Have tried everything under the sun. Why does it need passwords and OTPs at every step? It won't recognise the phone number and there's no way to reset the transaction or login PINs from within the app if you forget it. Also, the customer service system is broken: it won't recognise your inputs to the prompts, directly starts talking In hindi and won't change to English, they act like they cannot hear you and disconnect the call.

Bob World is full of bugs. You have to try multiple times just to get anything done. After several attempts, I finally got into the app, but now I can't even set a PIN for my account debit card—it just keeps saying, "Unable to process now, please try again later." The experience has been terrible; even during registration, I faced multiple issues.

It's been a while since I used the app, so the app prompted for OTP verification but it won't let me enter the number because the keyboard won't come up, does anyone even test the app before release? The app is only good for its UI, the backend is pathetic. Most of the time, it won't let me access the card details as well.
