The app doesn't require a confirmation of payment it just says 'paid'. There should be a pending stage that only becomes confirmed once verified by the provider. Right now it says I was paid 2 days ago yet have not received anything. Also, invoices should go through a verification stage. Once an invoice is submitted by either party, then it should be agreed by both parties before proceeding to the payment stage. You're are also unable to delete old/unpaid invoices.

Paul, we truly regret the difficulty you have had receiving a payment. We appreciate your suggestions to improve our service and have informed our team about them. You can delete invoices; however, for auditing purposes, deactivated invoices can't be completely removed from your account. Please email us at givefeedback@hq.bill.com if help is needed

It's okay. It's literally just for qppprvoing and paying. You can't do much else in the app. It's scaled down significantly from the capabilities available on the website, however it's easier to read than expected from a bill payment app. Easy to approve, limitations of document viewing. Now for the annoying limitations ...can't search for anything. Invoices,bills,customers,vendors.. Why no clue. This is a basic feature on any app so I have no idea why it was excluded. Not fully thought out.

Awful application and service. One hand does not know what the other does. I received emails ensuring me money from my client would be deposited in my account. Then customer care contacted that something was wrong with my account. Then they sent me to check with my bank where the money they claimed was fully transferred, not long before informing me that they got the money back. And again, after resubmitting account details and receiving confirmation that money would be deposited, they didn't.
