The app/ company went downhill. I have been a VIP customer for many years as of 1st of October 2025, the app and website are having issues logging me in. Once I'm logged in, it won't let me skip this month. There is no chat help anymore, I have emailed with no response. I'm trying to cancel my membership and can't get a hold of anyone. Today I've been on their customer support number for 1 hour and 20 mins with on one connecting. I'm beyond frustrated. Before customer service was so good ..

The app looks great and is easy to navigate. However, I'm a VIP so I'm supposed to get discounted pricing. It shows the discount prices before the final total and even the BOGO discount I received was the same amount on both the site and app, but the VIP pricing wasn't applied at checkout. So even though I had to pay for an extra tax fee on the actual website, it was still almost $40 cheaper than on the app. But I'll keep it downloaded for updates, and when this issue is fixed I'll use it.

App won't let me log in despite being a VIP member. customer service is terrible. Noone picks up the phone. can't email. It takes forever for a verification code to be sent, and when it finally arrives, it has been past the 5 minutes the code is good for. This company is feeling like a scam no. I'm so displeased!!
