Awful experience, constantly disconnecting from my Samsung phone and currently although the app says both hearing aids are connected I can only stream in the right ear left has no streaming which is weird considering they are both working. Oh and by the way I do not have this issue on my ipad maybe I'll switch to an iPhone 😤😤😤

This is situation now. Connection is very stable, reliable, after latest Android upd and total factory reset. But battery status in app is not changing. Only after Bluetooth disconnect and convect, the new status is shown. Otherwise, the program is really good.

below msg is for 12/9/25: the updated app flickers for 5-7sec when opened, "GA4" should give my phone details for debugging the issue below msg was for 21/3/25: would be great to have a feature on the app that can stop and start streaming between the hearing aids and my phone but still keep bluetooth connection. at this stage i need to switch Bluetooth off every time i want someone else to hear what is on my phone
