This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Track your progress with HearingCoach feature (available for Bernafon Encanta and Alpha XT models)
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV-A or SoundClip-A

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

Ratings and reviews

Meh. The app works for setting volume and programming modes for my Viron 7 hearing aids. It doesn't do streaming, but that's a hardware limitation; not the apps fault. The biggest problem is that you can't close the app. It has a persistent notification, which is generally considered poor UX.

I've tried to pair my hearing aids, and it's saying they need updating, does this mean another cost, just because you updated the app. you've heard that saying ( if it's not broke, than, leave it alone" or words to that effect.

Falsely describes battery levels always as 100%. Volume settings fail to remain "sticky" after hearing aids restarted. No "feedback" access in app.
