This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Adjust the sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

Ratings and reviews

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. The only major problem is that I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 to 3 months because the app just stops working which is difficult because then I have to reconnect it with my hearing aids in the charger. So if this happens at work, I'm pretty much stuck without being able to change any settings. additionally, it will just randomly disconnect from my hearing aids for a few seconds, which is odd.

Mediocre at best. Confusingly organized, doesn't have as many settings as other makers, and defaults to errors; when you open it, always shows an error, then usually connects just fine. But buggy as hell in other ways, like it never saves settings right. now I'm having a hearing issue so right is pumped up to +3, except in the morning the app forces it to left +3, right 0, or both +3. That's VERY ANNOYING.

Very useful and responds quickly. Extremely disappointed, though, that there are multiple options shown for Tap Control under the hearing aid settings, yet you are still unable to access or configure any of them except for turning on/off the function to answer phone calls. I would hope that it would be just as easy to double-tap to start/stop music as easy as it is to answer/end a phone call.
