This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Adjust the sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately
• Mute surroundings for better focus
• Switch between programs set by your hearing care professional
• Check battery levels
• Use SpeechBooster to reduce background noise and enhance speech (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Zeal™, Jet PX, Zircon, Opn™, Ruby)
• Stream calls, music, and podcasts directly to your hearing aids (availability may vary depending on your phone model)
• Find your hearing aids if lost (requires location services to always be turned on)

• Adjust streaming sounds with streaming equalizer (available for all hearing aid models except Oticon Opn™ and Oticon Siya)

• Track your progress with HearingFitness™ feature (available for Oticon Zeal™, Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Real™ models)
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids such as TV Adapters, Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip
• Connect to and adjust an Auracast™ broadcast (available for Oticon Intent™ and Oticon Zeal™ models) 

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

Ratings and reviews

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. The only major problem is that I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 to 3 months because the app just stops working which is difficult because then I have to reconnect it with my hearing aids in the charger. So if this happens at work, I'm pretty much stuck without being able to change any settings. additionally, it will just randomly disconnect from my hearing aids for a few seconds, which is odd.

love them! Warning! I recently had a circumstance when hearing aids were not charging properly. The lights on the back of the charger were blinking orange. Odd, I thought. So I kept the charger unplugged for the day. When I returned to it later in the day, it's was ok. Apparantly I had it in a spot, or on charged during a thunder storm, or I don't what! Anyhow, if that ever happens to anyone, my advice would be unplug the charger and let it cool down for a day. The problem may change.

The bluetooth connection for this app to my hearing aids SUCKS for streaming music or talking in the phone. Constantly disconnects, even when the phone is two feet straight in front of me. Have tried reinstalling, and nothing helps. Complete garbage. I'm using a Galaxy 22 which I consider a high quality phone, and none of my other bluetooth devices have any issues, so the App seems to be the issue.
