This app lets you control your hearing aids from your mobile device. Just a note: some features may be available depending on your hearing aid model. Check below for details.

• Adjust the sound volume for each hearing aid together or separately

First use:
You need to pair your hearing aids with this app to use it to control your hearing aids.

App availability:
The app is compatible with most hearing aid models. If you have hearing aids from 2016-2018 and haven't updated them yet, a hearing aid update is required for this app to work. We recommend regular hearing aid updates during your routine check-up with your hearing care professional.

Ratings and reviews

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. The only major problem is that I have to uninstall and reinstall about every 2 to 3 months because the app just stops working which is difficult because then I have to reconnect it with my hearing aids in the charger. So if this happens at work, I'm pretty much stuck without being able to change any settings. additionally, it will just randomly disconnect from my hearing aids for a few seconds, which is odd.

More and more, I have to uninstall then reinstall the app or the hearing aids can't be monitored from my phone. Also, my phone wants to the app in deep sleep because of the power usage. I don't have major hearing loss, mostly tinnitus and only use the aids in the evening. after I got them, THEN I was shown the docking station. worst design ever and horrible for traveling. after all this, I may remove one star!

I generally like the app with my Intent 1 hearing aids, but there's a lot of room for improvement. I am using them with a pixel 10 phone. The most aggravating issues are about Auracast. In particular it is impossible to disconnect from a broadcast. When you press the disconnect button there is a quarter second flash of a different screen. It is way to fast to read any of it, never mind trying to press any controls. I have to reboot my phone or wait for the broadcast to shutdown.
