Ratings and reviews

This latest update made it really hard to get the connections just right like before. Not sure what happened but doesn't "sense" that the leads are connected when they're done the same way as before. Wish they made it easier to find prior reports. Saw the report come in and opened it, but haven't been able to find it again. It's not as user friendly in that regard with reports, especially when you're in your doctor's office trying to show them the report. PLEASE make a reports section.

It is very difficult to get a reading without (what the app claims is) interference. It takes me 4 or 5 tries to get a reading that it says is usable. I've followed online instructions for improved readings, but nothing seems to help. By the time you get a usable reading, whatever arythmia you were concerned about is gone. I'm starting to suspect that it treats arythmias as bad readings, and won't save them.

Peace of mind is priceless for the price. Highly recommend. The price is cheaper and much more convenient than 1 run to the ER. The subscription is ok, if you have the extra money but not needed; especially if you are a health care worker. It is nice though to have ...if you lose your Kardia they replace it for $19.99. I have the 1/6 lead unit (has changeable battery) and am a HC worker.
