Ratings and reviews

Reward points not being updated. One issue was raised a long which has not been resolved. Further reward points from 1st November to 29th November not accounted for. My previous debit card expired on 31 st October and the new DC was activated somewhere in October 2023. Both the cards were active for a few days and from 1st November the card is being used on POS frequently. But the reward points earned for new card has not been accounted for accept for on entry on 30th November. Awaited

very nice app, easy to use, very much user friendly and hassle free. l recommend it to use for redemption of your points earned while you shop with your debit and credit cards.

Points not credited .card used for purchase during Aug 2024 18 points to be credited Purchases of Rs 750 & 1000 It is not shown in transaction a/c stt. Pl credit at yr earliest Feb 2019 .. Purchases of 500 dhirams means 9500 rupees i e 95 points entry is also not there instead only 5 pts credit is given Pl clarify and correct it in the stt of account.. Pl do the needful at yr earlist. Pl credit 50 poits in the stt.. Points not credited in the account after june 2024..kindy update the account.
