The app is okay, but it doesn't add on your coupons, and you end up losing advantage card points, and the customer service team doesn't seem to be bothered when you advise them of the issue. So sometimes I end shopping online at other online stores that have the same products on cheaper since I'm not going to gain any double points due to an issue on the app. I've lost out on gaining double points many times and hope the issue is resolved, or unfortunately, Boots will start to loss customer's.

Wasn't the best app before but the latest update has just made an ok app unusable. Can't see or load offers, my Basket say it has 18 items in it but when I go to check out it says 'no items in basket'. The check out button now takes up the bottom half the screen while the 'check your delivery address' notice takes up the top quarter so its really difficult to see when you have in the Basket on the very rare occasion it decides to show it. Edit: feedback tool does not work, check out impossible!

I have just tried to buy something, paid through PayPal, then the upgrade notice came up, I upgraded the app, and now it doesn't look like my payment has gone through, items still in my basket, and the upgrade box is still on screen not letting me see the shop properly, and stuff is still in my basket. Every time I press the upgrade button it takes me to the app where I press the "open" tab, and low and behold I get taken back to the "upgrade" box. 😡 I don't have time for this this morning.
