Boston Scientific pushes you into using the app for ordering supplies, adhesive pads, for charging the SCS. My initial order was a nightmare. Finally worked with my rep to get the ordering problem solved. 7 months later it's time to reorder and I can't. Looks like I have to start from scratch and reinstall app. Not a good platform for ordering supplies at all. This process should only take a few minutes, not hours.

Unable to receive validation code. BS said they sent codes but I'm not receiving them. I initially downloaded the app in Feb & it worked fine. I was told in March to delete app & reinstall so I could order patches. Since then I've been unable to use. BS said the problem has to be with my internet provider & my provider said they have checked everything & the problem is with the app. I'm stuck with an app that doesn't work, so I'm left to try to figure it out myself.

This was a great app when I had my trial, and I love my permament SCS. It has helped with my CRPS immensely and my representative is always there for me no matter what or when. He is the best! BUT, the remote has a Bluetooth pairing function that *only* connects to the trial app. It has the ability to pair with a phone app, so why is there no permanent app to control the device? That'd be ideal! The device & rep I give 5/5 stars, but lack of app 0/5 stars.
