We switched from another ISP to Brightspeed about 2 weeks ago and have had nothing but bad experiences. I even called to up the speed to their "1 gig" speed, and it's still terrible. Always buffering or lagging out or unable to connect to devices at all some times. 10/10 do not recommend. Seek any other ISP possible, I am happily going to pay $300 to reconnect back to our old ISP over staying with Brightspeed any longer.

App and company horrible! Installed 06/26/24, and through multiple phone calls chat on website, even a Google review, zero effort has been made to assist me. Installed with no receipt, account information, log in information or instructions. Had to call customer service for assistance and they couldn't give account information. Poorly trained staff left me figuring out on my own how to log into internet. Multiple calls and chats with customer service over a month! No one can give me information

So far so good with this app. Im just disappointed that BRIGHTSPEED FIBER does not offer a payment option to setup auto draft from checking account (routing#+chk account#). Prior to this change over/upgrade my bill payment was through my checking account NOT a debit card. As the consumer we should have THIS option available. HOW we pay our bill/s should be OUR decision and NOT limited to the company preferences or an outside vendor payment processor preferences.
