It was doing great for a while it even had an update where you where able to get a notification from the app. But then they updated it again and that feature is no longer. I really enjoyed having it pop up on my phone, I get emails now from the app instead of a regular notification. I also don't like the time stamp on the messages. They are like 3 hours off from when they were sent/ received. I also have tried fixing the notification problem on my own but it still will not work.

I have been using this app now for 4 years. In the beginning, it was fine. I was receiving my alerts. So I knew I had a message all that good stuff. Now half the time when I try to open the app, it's glitching, and I literally have to wait until it stops blinking to enter my info. These last couple days, it had to be something going on with the whole system because I could log in to jpay or securus.

I'm not getting notifications for any emails. I have to check my personal email to know one came in and can't always do that. The new email icon in the app isn't working either. All the pics and videos sent are blurry, even if I send clear ones from my library rather than taking them through the app. Smh. This company needs to get it together. I emailed jpay with no success.
