The new update is not working at all. Just a blank screen. My device is Android 14, Samsung A73, one UI 6.1 please get it fixed. Edit: app works okay now

We used to rely on the BWC app regularly to get update for our pending payments, but ever since the update last year, it's been frustrating to use. The biggest issue is that we're no longer able to receive the OTP required for login or verification. I've logged complaint on almost every platform of BWC, but nothing works. It's disappointing that such a critical feature has been broken for so long without a proper fix. Until this is resolved, the app is practically unusable for many of us.

I cannot access my file. I forgot password. I use to login through finger print. but after app update, it is not working. they say that they sent me OTP. but no code receives on my phone number. hope so we are not going to be scammed like starland....
