shady. I paid for one month of car shield no contract and only authorized them to make the one payment. surprise to myself when a month goes by and they try to auto withdrawal 300 from my account. I was told auto payment would not be turned on and I would have to call to continue payment. that is all false. they also only cover about 20% of car parts that break down. everything else is on you to pay for.

So they app is telling me to update, but the app store has no option to update. The new features seem to have taken the place of old features. Like the list of services that you get based on your service plan is gone, and you have to download it and get a video that half tells you now, why not a list. I've also noticed my dealership is no longer on the list of places that I can go for repair.🤔

The previous version of the carshield app was much better and much more simple. When I log into the app it's very buggy and many things do not display properly. Also it continues to ask about creating an account when I already have the account created with the password. There are too many advertisements on the entire page. I'm beginning to feel like I should just change companies to a different company that offers the same services.
