2025 edit tried every single step on the troubleshooting page. still wont play Worst streaming service EVER!!!! IT LAGS, FREEZES UP, REFUSES TO PLAY!!! even after upgrading to the ad-free version it still plays ads except for TV shows instead of pharmaceuticals but they're still ads. I'm definitely canceling which is a shame cuz they have all the star trek. It's not worth staring at the circle 5 minutes at the minimum or maybe even an hour just to get each 20-minute episode of a TV show to play

The application is terrible. Freezes up, gives me error messages. Very annoying. The commercial version is the worst! Instead of putting the commercials within the natural breaks, they just drop them into the middle of sentences, into the middle of words! And don't expect to be able to read the closing credits because they will be cut off. Extremely unprofessional. UPDATE: The help page was no help. It's like you have no standards at all. Obviously you don't even care.

Constantly have video playmad issues. I even get from time to time that I have to pay for the subscription. decline the popup window and watch just fine. this was reported a while back like well over 3 months ago and still nothing is fixed. may cancel after subscription is up. Just not worth the constant issues. tec responded incorrectly. instead of addressing the actual issue...
