About this app

The Celayix Team Xpress App features a number of capabilities, including availability submission, self-scheduling, shift confirmation, clock-in/out, safety check, time-off requests, and more for your scheduling and time tracking needs.

SCHEDULES
Team members can view and confirm their schedules, as well as receive and acknowledge any shift changes.

CLOCK-IN/CLOCK-OUT
Team members can clock-in/out of shifts, record meal breaks and perform safety checks directly from the app, avoiding a dedicated time capture device at every location. The result is precise time capture and compliance record, all delivered to supervisors in real time, notifying them of late arrivals and missed shifts.

TIME SHEETS
Mobile or field team members can keep track of time spent on projects or customers right on their mobile device and deliver their tracked hours to supervisors in real time for accurate payroll and billing.

AVAILABILITY
Team members can submit and communicate their availability to supervisors. This reduces the amount of time spent creating schedules. In cases of missed shifts, supervisors can also use the availability module to quickly find replacements without spending hours calling around.

TIME OFF
Team members can submit Time Off requests for supervisor review and approval with decisions communicated back through the app.

MESSAGING
Communicate in real time through in-app messaging, eliminating the need to use other methods such as email, text, or phone.

Ratings and reviews

This app is horrible at the moment. When you log in and switch from the app to the browser. The calendar disappearing and the keyboard pops up, which blocks a portion of the calendar. Once they disable the calendar and fix the dissappear calendar issue. It might be nice to use again. (This issue has been emailed to celayix but nothing is being resolved)

Celayix team express, a program used to schedule our work has been plagued with inconsistency, exaggerated load times, error codes and a faulty system that allows "cheaters" to mass book shifts while many servers like myself go weeks or even months without the ability to book even one shift. We are tired as this is our livelihood and literally unable to work because of a program that doesn't work is unacceptable.

Great app. for small businesses. My employer uses it for scheduling purposes. I love that I can view my past , present, and future work schedules as well as my time cards, but my fovorite thing about this app. is the self-scheduling feature. Now I can view available shifts, in real time, and schedule myself for the days and times that I wish to work. No more emailing the manager requesting shifts that may or maynot have already been filled, then waitinfg a response.
