If you are looking to have an Israeli phone number while using your UK SIM card, then Secnum application is the solution.

The secondary number allows you to make calls from your mobile phone using a secondary Israeli mobile number on your existing UK SIM card, regardless of which mobile operator you are subscribed to. The two numbers are on the same mobile phone.

The calls are limited only to Israeli numbers. It is restricted to dial premium numbers, abroad or to the Palestinian Authority.

A great option to call for Israel for a low cost. Mostly, the calls are impeccable, but it do happen sometimes, that it disconnect without an explanation. again it rare, but happens. the only disadvantage for me is that they didn't fix yet the identification to telephone systems by typing /dialing numbers. My ID number has the 9 key in it, and it does not work, so when I call systems in Israel that ask me to type in my ID number, I can't do it and the call sometimes failing.

This is my second review (I deleted my first one). Developer was able to fix technical problem related to SMS verification that did not come to my US cell phone number. It took few days but I am impressed by ability of developer / support department of Cellact to troubleshoot the problem and to provide solution despite the fact that, probably, the problem was unique to my account. As of now the service works as expected.

When God blessed me and gave me num2 which literally did fall from so high above in the sky, it almost brought tears to each eye because I knew right then the reason why. This application is the definition of breakthrough futuristic cutting edge technology. It has no defects that I have found and call quality sound whether it be during a call, a voice mail message recording, or the actual call recording... All 3 are so perfectly clear for the ear to hear it literally is hi definition audio!!!
