Doesn't work. Tried several times over the course of a year to register. Never sends a code to my number even though I have had a postpago account for two years. Now I can't pay through the Mi Claro app. I will just cancel and go with Tigo. They have better connectivity and signal throughout Colombia. With claro I can't even get a signal in the apt and I live in Chico in Bogota! And Claro... if you are going to respond to this review at least as a common courtesy reply in English.

No international credit cards are accepted. Traveling within Colombia and bought a prepaid card. Now I'm unable to reload it through the app using a credit card. It's 2024, I shouldn't have to walk into a point of sale to recharge service.

When a make a payment, it is always returned and Claro always stay with them Oney instead of returning it to the account where they took the money. Also we asked for help to recover that money and no one from the Claro Pay support knows what to do, so you don't get your money back to the account
